​I just wanted to take a quick moment to compliment the technician who works on our account. She did an outstanding job cleaning up the clubhouse and restrooms on Saturday morning after our community event (Friday night).  A lot of areas needed extra attention including most of the glass doors.  She hit everything and the facility looked beautiful for our residents hosting their own event at 10am on Saturday morning. Thank you for providing us with a technician who takes such good care of us.  We really appreciate all her efforts

Ocean Point Association contracted with Personal Touch Cleaning & Maintenance to provide cleaning services for our 54 unit beach front property last August 2013. Our experience with prior cleaners was not very satisfactory! Many of our units are investment owners that rent out their units on a weekly basis. This is an ocean front property sits right on the beach and we need that extra touch to keep the Lobby, elevators, halls and other common areas sparkling. I will say that Personal Touch has fulfilled our needs in every way. We would recommend them for their professional good work, being on time and letting us know of any concerns. As you may be aware, I am the Community Manager for the Les Jardins community and wanted to take a moment to let you know what I observed yesterday during the time that I was at Les Jardins.  Don’t worry, everything was GREAT!   Your employee was very courteous to the residents and other vendors that were doing work out there while she was sweeping the pool deck, blowing the parking lot, etc.

I am not able to see what goes on out there on a daily basis at this this particular community , but when I do I make sure to check around to see that all areas are looking good.  I can only say that I am very satisfied with the level of service that you and your employees provided for this community!  The Board has nothing bad to say about what they observe and that makes me very Happy!  I truly appreciate all of your employees and the things that they do for us!  "
